We cannot provide delivery on a nominated day.

Since Covid, Royal Mail is slower than before.

If the cake is for a specific event or is a gift for a particular day, please order early to avoid disappointment.

Order Dispatch

Orders will normally be dispatched within two working days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timescale

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail parcel service.

For mainland England, Scotland and Wales - orders may arrive up to 5 working days after dispatch although the large majority will arrive within 2 working days.

For islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries – orders will arrive between 7-14 days after dispatch depending on geography and local postal services.

We mainly deliver to the UK and Western Europe.

We also deliver to many countries worldwide. To check if we deliver to your country enter an order (this does not commit you) and go to checkout - then enter your country in the checkout page and see if we provide a postal charge - if yes, then we can deliver to your country.

For delivery outside the EU, timings will vary and some countries will apply import duties and taxes for which we cannot take responsibility.
